To Whom It May Concern
I trust that the above-mentioned agenda item will be resolved accordingly by all parties involved.
Understandably that this is an election time, but the involved elected officials shouldn’t waste taxpayers’ money on some foolishness like this.
It should’ve been resolved easily by either the PRNS and the complainant had the communication lines not bogged down to a shameful halt.
Best regards.
Cong Dong

Hi All,
I am dumfounded to hear this mishap from a friend in OC, southern cal.
But I am extremely happy that you elected officials are ironing it out this September 18th evening.
Something like this should have easily be resolved, should it not, between the both sides of the complaint handling systems currently put in place at the city government. What’s the bottleneck ? Now that both State Lawmakers and SJC Councilmembers are getting involved, making something so benign become something malignant needlessly.
You folks surely know how to waste taxpayers’ dollars ! Have a good meeting,
Dinh Ta
