BACKGROUND
Moderate-Income Housing Strategy Status Report and Housing Balance Status Report The Moderate-Income Housing Strategy Status Report and Housing Balance Status Report are under review by the Housing Director for further integration into the Housing Element and the Housing Department’s overall implementation strategy. Staff recommends dropping both items from the October 28, 2024, CED Committee meeting agenda. Staff plans to add this item to the January 27, 2025, CED Committee agenda.

Community and Economic Development City Service Area Performance Measure Status Report
Staff recommends dropping the CED City Service Area Performance Measure Status Report from the November 18, 2024, CED Committee agenda.
