1. Omar Torres should not be excused for missing council meetings.
2. He should be censured for this behaviors and “text” messages
3. He should be removed from all committees and agency appointments. This is especially true for any assignments that deal or are related to youth and children. Examples are school district interfaces, library, parks, recreation, etc. If his “fantasy” world includes items in his texts, then we need to safeguard our youth.
