Honorable Mayor and City Council:
The Board of Administration of the Police and Fire Department Retirement Plan and Health Care Trust (“Board”) met on Thursday, November 7th, 2024, in regular session at City Hall. Per Board agenda item
4.c, titled “Discussion and Action on recommendation to City Council for the Public Board Member to fill the 9th seat of the Board for a full-term ending April 30, 2027, following interviews of trustee candidates”, the Board conducted interviews of 2 potential Trustee candidates to fill the vacant 9 th seat on
the Board.
The Board’s recommendation to the City Council is for the appointment of Gretchen Flicker as the 9th Trustee of the Board of Administration for the Police and Fire Department Retirement Plan.
