The Committee meeting was held in the Council Chambers. The meeting convened at 2:01 p.m.

2. Review December 3, 2024 Draft Agenda
a) Add New Items to Draft Agenda
b) Assign "Time Certain" to Agenda Items (if needed)

Action: Upon motion by Councilmember Dev Davis, seconded by Councilmember Pam Foley, and carried unanimously, the Committee approved the draft agenda for the City Council meeting on December 3, 2024. (5-0-0)
B. Consent Calendar

Action: Upon motion by Councilmember Pam Foley, seconded by Councilmember Dev Davis, and carried unanimously, the Consent Calendar was approved as a whole. The action below was taken as indicated. (5-0-0)

1. Informational Update on Transportation Items. (Mayor) Direct the City Manager to agendize an item for the December 3, 2024, City Council meeting to receive a brief update from the Mayor on transportation items; this would be an informational update only.

Action: Upon motion by Councilmember Dev Davis, seconded by Councilmember Rosemary Kamei, and carried unanimously, the Informational Update on Transportation Items was approved to be agendized on the December 3, 2024 City Council meeting, with the item to be heard immediately after the Consent Calendar.
