DISCUSSION
During the December 10, 2024 City Council meeting, the City Clerk will swear George Casey in as the Councilmember for District 10. I recommend appointing Councilmember Casey to assume Councilmember Batra’s current responsibilities on various standing committees, boards, and commissions. If approved, these appointments will remain in effect until I bring my annual appointment memo to the Council for consideration in January 2025.
