Honorable Mayor and City Council:
The Board of Administration of the Police and Fire Department Retirement Plan and Health Care Trust (“Board”) met on Monday, November 18th, 2024, in a special meeting at The Office of Retirement Services. Per agenda item 1.a, titled “Discussion and action on recommendation to City Council regarding appointment of candidate to fill the Active Police Member’s seat on the Board due to unscheduled vacancy following interview of candidate.”, the Board conducted an interview of 1 potential Trustee candidates to fill the seat on the Board.
The Board’s recommendation to the City Council is for the appointment of David Woolsey to the Active Police Member’s seat as Trustee of the Board of Administration for the Police and Fire Department Retirement Plan.
