Recommendation:
Request for an excused absence for Councilmember Kamei from the regular meeting of Rules and Open Government Committee and Committee of the Whole on February 5, 2025 due to authorized City business to attend the regular meeting of the Local Agency Formation Commission of Santa Clara County (Santa Clara LAFCO).

2.x Request for Travel Authorization for Councilmember Cohen.
Recommendation:
Authorize travel for Councilmember Cohen to attend the League of California Cities Board of Directors meeting in Rancho Cucamonga, CA from February 20, 2025 to February 21, 2025. Source of Fund: Mayor/Council Travel Budget.
