RECOMMENDATION: Authorize travel, accept travel payments to the City of San José, and designate Mayor Mahan as the City representative to participate in the Mayoral Roundtable in Denver, CO on May 3, 2025.

Source of Funds: Costs associated with travel and some meals will be paid by the Aspen Institute, funded by Bloomberg Philanthropies, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Meals that are not included in the event, estimated to cost $150, will be reimbursed from the Mayor’s Office Budget.
Purpose:
Mayor Mahan will be attending the Mayoral Roundtable in Denver, Colorado on Saturday, May 3, 2025. This is produced by Bloomberg Philanthropies with support from the Aspen Institute.
This will be a roundtable meeting of Mayors to discus opportunities to move their cities forward on key priorities.
