Subsequent to my original memo, the Office of the City Clerk received on Monday April 28, 2025 the election certification from the Santa Clara County Registrar of Voters. The final certified numbers are:
District 3:

Gabby Chavez-Lopez 2,712 29.99%
Anthony Tordillos 2,006 22.18%
Matthew Quevedo 2,000 22.12%
Irene Smith 1,443 15.96%
Adam Duran 691 7.64%
Tyrone Wade 137 1.51%
Philip Dolan 54 0.60%
Therefore, Gabby Chavez-Lopez and Anthony Tordillos as the candidates to receive the top two amount of votes will move on to the general special election to be held on June 24, 2025.
