Michael Lomio and Stephen Caines to be designated as the City of San José representative at the Harvard Young American Leaders Program. Michael is the Mayor’s Senior Land Use & Economic Development Policy Advisor and works with key staff in the City Manager's Office to improve the City’s economic vitality.
