I am not able to speak at the Council meeting on this item, but I'd like to register my support for the 826 N Winchester proposal.
The magnitude of the benefit of 135 new homes is far greater than the magnitude of any drawbacks claimed by opponents. Housing is a cornerstone of human existence. Even if there are parking or traffic disruptions, it does not justify denying the existence of these new homes.
Please keep this project alive.
