The City will light the tower yellow, red, and blue in honor of Philippines Independence Day. This day is a celebration of Filipino heritage, culture, and community. With one of the largest Filipino populations in the United States, San Jose has a strong Filipino presence that takes pride in honoring their history and contributions to the nation. The day fosters unity, pride, and a sense of belonging while raising awareness about Filipino culture and the ongoing fight for equality. The celebration of this day not only commemorates the Philippines' independence from Spanish rule, but also highlights the vit al role of the Filipino community in shaping the social, cultural, and economic fabric of San Jose.

ANALYSIS
