Authorize travel for City Manager Jennifer Maguire to Atlanta, Georgia, on September 23 – 26, 2025 to participate in the San Jose Chamber of Commerce Annual Study Mission.

Purpose: The San Jose Chamber of Commerce’s Study Mission trip is an annual gathering of key Silicon Valley business and
community leaders to learn best practices and bring back ideas to make our community a better place to live and work.
This year’s program features a 3-day intensive on-site tour for members and stakeholders to explore Atlanta’s
innovative approaches to urban vibrancy and economic
growth. Through firsthand experiences and dialogue with local leaders, this Mission will offer San Jose decision- makers actionable ideas and strategic connections to help shape housing and sports and entertainment district
strategies for our community.
