2.8 Funding Agreement Between the City of San José and Valley Transportation Authority Recommendation:
Adopt a resolution ratifying the City Manager or her designee execution of a retroactive funding agreement with the Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority (VTA) for staffing support for the Vice Chair of the VTA Board for a term beginning on February 2, 2025 and expiring on December 31, 2026, in an amount not to exceed $526,000.
