A Special Runoff Election was held in the County of Santa Clara on June 24, 2025 for the office of City Councilmember, District 3;
The results of the election were canvassed by the County of Santa, Office of the Registrar of Voters in accordance with applicable provisions of the California Elections Code; and,
The Statement of Votes show the total number of ballots cast, the number of votes cast for or against each candidate, the numbers cast in the City of San Jose located in whole or in part in the County in which appeared on the ballot; and, that all totals shown on the statement of Votes are fully, true and correct.

1. A Special Runoff Election was held in the County of Santa Clara, for the office of City Councilmember, District 3, on June 24, 2025 for the purpose of electing One (1) Council Member, City of San Jose to the Governing Board.
2. The official canvass of the returns of this election was conducted by the Office of the Registrar of Voters in accordance with the appropriate provisions of the Elections Code of the State of California.
3. The Statement of Votes Cast, now on file in my office and attached hereto, shows the number of votes for each candidate for the office of City Councilmember, District 3 of the City of San Jose and in each of the precincts and that the total shown for each candidate are true and correct.
