Dear Mayor Mahan and City Council:
At its meeting on August 14, 2025, the Treatment Plant Advisory Committee (TPAC) reviewed this item:
5.C. Agreement with enfoTech & Consulting Inc for an Environmental Enforcement Data Management System
Staff Recommendation:
Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager or designee to:
1) Negotiate and execute an agreement for the Environmental Enforcement Data Management System with enfoTech & Consulting Inc. (Brunswick, New Jersey) for an initial three-year term, beginning on or about August 25, 2025, with a maximum compensation not to exceed $801,895, subject to the appropriation of funds;
2) Negotiate and execute amendments, as required, for any unanticipated changes to the agreement with enfoTech & Consulting Inc. not to exceed a total amount of $98,105 during the initial term, subject to the appropriation of funds; and 3) Exercise up to four additional one-year options to extend the term of the agreement through August 25, 2032, subject to the appropriation of funds.
Action: On a motion made by Committee Member David Cohen and a second by Committee Member Karen Hardy, TPAC recommended approval of item
