Dear VTA and City of San Jose Planning Department,
I oppose 300-foot-tall buildings at the 28th St/Little Portugal BART Station behind Five Wounds Portuguese National Church. The current plan of record 120-foot-tall policy should not change in the new Five Wounds Urban Village Plan.
This plan goes against the original plan approved by the community through that input. This amendment plan changes the culture of the Little Portugal and the Portuguese Community.
I live within a mile of this proposed plan and strongly oppose this plan and will do everything I can to prevent it from moving forward. Thank you for your consideration.
