At its meeting on November 13, 2025, the Treatment Plant Advisory Committee (TPAC) reviewed this item:
5.B. Master Consultant Agreement with Raftelis Financial Consultants, Inc. for Wastewater Flow and Loading Study
Staff Recommendation:
Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager, or her designee, to negotiate and execute a master consultant agreement with Raftelis Financial Consultants, Inc. for an amount not to exceed $3,700,000.
Action: On a motion made by Committee Member Patrick Kwok and a second by Vice Chair Karen Hardy, TPAC recommended approval of item
