A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
JOSE APPROVING MERIT INCREASES AND GRANTING
ADDITIONAL EXECUTIVE LEAVE FOR THE 2026 PAYROLL
CALENDAR YEAR TO COUNCIL APPOINTEES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JOSE:
That 2.5% merit increases for the City Manager, City Auditor, City Clerk and Independent Police Auditor, effective July 1, 2025, are hereby approved, and an additional forty (40) hours of Executive Leave to each of these Council Appointees for the 2026 payroll calendar year are hereby granted.
