Request for an excused absence for Councilmember Kamei from the regular meeting of Rules and Open Government Committee and Committee of the Whole on December 3, 2025, due to authorized City business to attend the Local Agency Formation Commission of Santa Clara County (Santa Clara LAFCO) meeting.
