As most of you are aware, when there is a Mobilehome issue we request a time certain at the beginning of the evening session.
We understand changes to the Mobilehome Rent Control Ordinance will be on the 12-16-25 agenda.
Thus we make our standard request - time certain at the beginning of the evening session.
Our folks are disproportionately senior and disabled. We can't sit up all night. Others are low income with child care issues.
The bathroom needs to be unlocked and the disability entrance monitored at all times to let folks in initially and in again when they use the restroom.
Please advise on these issues.
