While many digital inclusion efforts focus on affordability and access-critical issues that AARP strongly supports-older adults often encounter unique barriers, which may include a lack of experience with technology, physical limitations, and the need for adaptive or hands-on assistance. We encourage you to address these concerns, so older people and those with disabilities are not left behind, even as overall connectivity improves.
Isolation is one of the most critical issues for the elderly. Please keep that i mind when funding this program.
Sincerely,
Debbie Ow
