Request for an excused absence for Councilmember Kamei from the regular meeting of Rules and Open Government Committee and Committee of the Whole on February 4, 2026, for authorized City business related to attending the regular meeting of the Local Agency Formation Commission of Santa Clara County (Santa Clara LAFCO).
