General Observations and Comments

1. Original projections were to repave 420 miles of city streets utilizing 49% of Measure T funds
• 516 miles have actually been repaved
• An additional 163 miles are slated to be repaved before Measure T funds are exhausted in 2027 • This outperformance has been achieved through operational efficiencies and leveraging other funding sources

Specific Recommendations
• City Council should consider establishing rank-ordered priorities for the three public safety construction projects still in the design phase
• Four COC seats are currently unfilled as of the date of this presentation: D10, Citywide Public Safety, Citywide Environmental Issues and Citywide Finance and Accounting; filling these remaining seats lowers the risk of not being able to achieve a required quorum to conduct COC meetings and, more importantly, ensures representation on the COC by all city stakeholders
