Recommendation:
Request for an excused absence for Councilmember Candelas from the regular meetings of City Council on April 14, 2026 and Rules and Open Government Committee and Committee of the Whole on April 15, 2026 due to authorized City business to attend the American Public Transportation Association Legislative Conference in Washington, D.C.
