At its meeting on April 9, 2026, the Treatment Plant Advisory Committee (TPAC) reviewed this item:
5.C. Approval of a Master Consultant Agreement with Brown and Caldwell for Owner’s Advisor Services for the 10063 — Aeration Basin Modifications Phase 1 Project at the San José-Santa Clara Regional Wastewater Facility
Staff Recommendation:
Approve a Master Consultant Agreement with Brown and Caldwell to provide Owner’s Advisor services for the 10063 — Aeration Basin Modifications Phase 1 Project at the San José-Santa Clara Regional Wastewater Facility from the date of execution through June 30, 2034 in a total amount not to exceed $18,900,000, subject to the appropriation of funds.
Action: On a motion made by Committee Member David Cohen and a second by Committee Member Albert Gonzalez, TPAC recommended approval of item Ayes — 7 (Candelas, Cohen, Gonzalez, Hardy, Pineda, Kwok, Mulcahy) Nays — 1 (Furtado)
