RE/written protest against the proposed EVBID submitted by the East Village Business Association
To whom it may concern,
My name is Mark Hawkins. I am the owner/operator of H&L Construction. 1 am opposed to the proposed EVBID, specifically the additional assessment that would be levied should the EVBID be implemented. Our business would not benefit in any way from increased foot traffic or advertising in the downtown area.
