Subject: Please Vote Against Agenda Items 10.3 and 10.1 You don't often get email from • Learn why this is important Subject:

Please Vote Against Agenda Items 10.3 (Mixed Middle Housing) and 10.1 (IBM Rezoning - Harry Road) Dear City Council Members,
I urge you to vote against Item 10.3 (General Plan Four-Year Review Policy Framework / Mixed Middle Housing). This item would allow 3-story buildings (up to 35 feet and increased density) in Residential Neighborhood-designated areas that are currently single-family home zoned neighborhoods. This change would fundamentally alter the character of these communities and put unknown demands on limited resources.

I also urge you to delay/reject Item 10.1 (C26-008 & ER26-088 - Conforming Rezoning for the property at 650 Harry Road, the former IBM site). Please provide a full opportunity for community disclosure and input before any decision is made. Key questions remain unanswered: What is the proposed development? What impacts will it have on our community (traffic, infrastructure, environment, quality of life)?
Sincerely,
A concerned San Jose Resident
