RECOMMENDATION
Set a Joint Special Meeting of the City Council of San José and San José/Santa Clara Treatment Plant Advisory Committee on Thursday, November 5, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. at the San José - Santa Clara Regional Wastewater Facility located at 700 Los Esteros Road, San José, CA, and approve the Special Meeting agenda.
BACKGROUND
The goal of the Joint Special Meeting is to mark the 70th anniversary of the San José – Santa Clara Regional Wastewater Facility with remarks by staff, partners, and elected officials and a site tour of the facility and its Capital Improvement Program.
