At its meeting on September 10, 2026, the Treatment Plant Advisory Committee (TPAC) reviewed this 1tem:
5. A. Construction Contingency Increase for 10186 — Yard Piping Improvements Phase 3 Project at the San José-Santa Clara Regional Wastewater Facility
Staff Recommendation:
Approve an increase to the construction contingency from 10% to 18%, in the amount of $1,540,000, from $1,949,000 to $3,489,000 for the 10186 — Yard Piping Improvements Phase 3 Project.
Action: On a motion made by Vice Chair Kwok and a second by Committee Member Gonzalez, TPAC recommended approval of item
