SUBJECT: Quorum of Council Committee Meeting during Mayor and Councilmembers’ Travel to San Diego, California, for the Treatment Diversion Study Mission during October 21-22, 2026
Council Policy 9-5, Travel by Elected and Appointed City Officials, provides in relevant part:
“Council may approve up to five (5) of its elected members to travel for Official or Unofficial Delegation Travel, as long as it does not result in cancellation of a Council or Council Committee meeting due to lack of quorum.”
