Item 2.11 (26-1017) - Retroactive Approval, Six District 5 Events: Each of these six events brought genuine community value - from National Night Out and the Back to School Bash to Lowrider Day and the Mexican Independence Day observances held with the Consulate of Mexico and Viva Cultura Collective. Councilmember Ortiz will also file a DFR-1 for any donations received. I support this item as a solid example of council-district community engagement.
Overall, I'd call this a well-documented Consent Calendar, and I appreciate the Council's and statrs time on each of these items.
