Persons who wish to address the City Council are asked to complete a Speaker's Card and give it to the City Manager before addressing the City Council. Those who wish to address the City Council on an Agenda item will be heard when the presiding officer calls for comments from the audience. Following recognition persons desiring to speak are requested to advance to the podium and state their name and address. If you are joining us by Zoom, please click on the bottom of your screen to raise your hand. If you are joining us by Zoom using a cell phone, please press *g. After hearing audience comments, the public portion of the meeting will be closed, and the matter brought to the City Council for discussion.
When called to speak, please limit your comments to three (3) minutes, or such other time as the Mayor may decide, consistent with the time limit for all other speakers for the particular agenda item. Comments from other platforms will not be considered during the meeting.
REMOTE PARTICIPATION DURING THE COVID-19 EMERGENCY: Pursuant to AB361, some or all Council Members may participate in the meeting by telephone or video teleconference. The purpose of this is to provide a safe environment for staff and the public to conduct city business.
The hybrid meeting will be held by Zoom teleconference, and the public may attend in person.
Written comments may be mailed to the Deputy City Clerk at City Hall (P.O. Box 1420, San Juan Bautista, CA 95045), or emailed to [email protected] not later than 5:00 p.m., May 5, 2022, and will be read into the record during public comment on the item.
