A. Urban Area Water Master Plan
Recommendation: Approve the Term Sheet for Financing of the Accelerated Drought Response Project (ADRoP) and the Addition of San Juan Bautista to the Hollister Urban Area Water Supply and Treatment Agreement (Term Sheet).
6. PUBLIC HEARING
A. Appeal from Administrative Decision Regarding 701-705 Second Street (Continued from November 19, 2024).
B. Appeal of the Planning Commission’s Decision to Approve the Major Site Design Review for 411 The Alameda with Condition of Approval No. 19 Requiring the Removal of Stone Veneer at The Front of The House.

A. Status Update of Fire Contract with the City of Hollister B. Treasurer’s Report and Monthly Financial Statements
8. CONSENT
All matters listed under the San Juan Bautista City Council Consent Agenda may be enacted by one motion unless a member of the City Council or the public requests discussion or a separate vote.
A. Approve the Affidavit of Posting Agenda.
B. Waive Reading of Resolutions and Ordinances on the Agenda Beyond Title C. Approve a Resolution Authorizing Closure of Streets for the Annual Rotary Mission 10 Race on January 25, 2025.
D. Changing Check Signing Responsibilities on City Bank Accounts Recommendation: Approve a RESOLUTION authorizing changes to the designated signers on the City’s Bank Accounts with U.S. Bank.
E. Award of Contract for Fire Protection & Life Safety Services Special District Formation Study
Recommendation: Approve a RESOLUTION Awarding a Contract for a Fire Protection & Life Safety Services Special District Formation Study to Baker Tilly, US, LLP for an amount not to exceed ten thousand dollars.
F. Approve the Special Meeting Minutes of January 7, 2025.

Recommendation: Approve a RESOLUTION adopting the proposed updated job description of the City Manager attached to this Resolution which describes the current duties; and approve an updated salary, contingent upon approval of the updated job description.
