REGULAR AND TELEPHONIC MEETING
BUSINESS SESSION:
Chair Hart called the April 5, 2022, Regular and Telephonic Meeting of the San Juan Capistrano Housing Authority to order at 7:30 p.m.
COMMISSIONERS PRESENT: Chair Howard Hart, Vice-Chair Sergio Farias and Commissioners Derek Reeve, John Taylor (joined the meeting telephonically), and Troy Bourne.
COMMISSIONERS ABSENT: None.

Commission Action: Moved by Commissioner Reeve, seconded by Vice-Chair Farias, and carried unanimously to approve consent calendar items B1 through B3, as recommended by staff.
