SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO HOUSING AUTHORITY
REGULAR MEETING
BUSINESS SESSION:
Chair Hart called the October 4, 2022, Regular Meeting of the San Juan Capistrano Housing Authority to order at 7:09 p.m.
COMMISSIONERS PRESENT: Chair Howard Hart, Vice-Chair Sergio Farias and Commissioners Derek Reeve, and John Taylor.
COMMISSIONERS ABSENT: Troy Bourne.
Agenda items are presented in the originally agendized format for the benefit of the minutes’ reader but were not necessarily heard in that order.
CONSENT CALENDAR:
Commission Action: Moved by Commissioner Reeve, seconded by Commissioner Taylor, and carried 4-0 with Commissioner Bourne absent to approve consent calendar items B1 through B3, as recommended by staff.
B1. MOTION FINDING THAT CONDUCTING TELEPHONIC/VIRTUAL MEETINGS AS ALLOWED PER ASSEMBLY BILL 361, PROMOTES SOCIAL DISTANCING DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC, APPROVED
B2. HOUSING AUTHORITY MINUTES – REGULAR MEETING OF SEPTEMBER 6, 2022, APPROVED
B3. CHECK REGISTERS FOR THE PERIOD FROM AUGUST 12, 2022, TO SEPTEMBER 8, 2022, RECEIVED AND FILED (300.30)

There being no further business, Chair Hart adjourned the meeting at 7:10 p.m. to Tuesday, November 1, 2022, at 5:00 p.m. for the public Business Session, in the City Council Chamber.
