SUCCESSOR AGENCY TO THE SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO
COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
REGULAR MEETING
BUSINESS SESSION:
Vice-Chair Bourne called the March 21, 2023, Regular Meeting of the Successor Agency to the San Juan Capistrano Community Redevelopment Agency to order at 6:14 p.m.
BOARD MEMBERS PRESENT: Vice-Chair Troy Bourne, Board Members John Campbell, John Taylor, and Howard Hart.
BOARD MEMBERS ABSENT: Chair Sergio Farias.
Agenda items are presented in the originally agendized format for the benefit of the minutes’ reader, but were not necessarily heard in that order.
CONSENT CALENDAR:
Board Action: Moved by Board Member Campbell, seconded by Board Member Hart, and carried 4-0 with Chair Farias absent to approve consent calendar items B1 and B2, as recommended by staff.
