SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO HOUSING AUTHORITY
REGULAR MEETING
BUSINESS SESSION:
Chair Campbell called the April 4, 2023, Regular Meeting of the San Juan Capistrano Housing Authority to order at 7:19 p.m.
COMMISSIONERS PRESENT: Chair John Campbell, Vice-Chair John Taylor and Commissioners Howard Hart, and Sergio Farias.
COMMISSIONERS ABSENT: Troy Bourne.
Agenda items are presented in the originally agendized format for the benefit of the minutes’ reader but were not necessarily heard in that order.
CONSENT CALENDAR:
Commission Action: Moved by Commissioner Hart, seconded by Vice-Chair Taylor, and carried 4-0 with Commissioner Bourne absent to approve consent calendar item B1 through B3, as recommended by staff, with Commissioner Farias abstained from consent calendar B1.
