SUCCESSOR AGENCY TO THE SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO
COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
SPECIAL MEETING
BUSINESS SESSION:
Chair Hart called the December 17, 2024, Special Meeting of the Successor Agency to the San Juan Capistrano Community Redevelopment Agency to order at 7:05 p.m.
BOARD MEMBERS PRESENT: Chair Howard Hart and Board Members John Campbell, Troy Bourne and John Taylor.
BOARD MEMBERS ABSENT: Vice-Chair Sergio Farias.
Agenda items are presented in the originally agendized format for the benefit of the minutes’ reader, but were not necessarily heard in that order.
CONSENT CALENDAR:
Board Action: Moved by Board Member Taylor, seconded by Board Member Bourne and carried 4-0 with Vice-Chair Farias absent to approve consent calendar items B1 and B2, as recommended by staff.

There being no further business Chair Hart adjourned the meeting at 7:06 p.m. to Tuesday, January 21, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. for the public Business Session, in the City Council Chamber at the Community Center – 25925 Camino Del Avion.
