SPECIAL MEETING
BUSINESS SESSION:
Chair Taylor called the December 17, 2024, Special Meeting of the San Juan Capistrano Housing Authority to order at 7:04 p.m.
COMMISSIONERS PRESENT: Chair John Taylor, and Commissioners Howard Hart, Troy Bourne and John Campbell.
COMMISSIONERS ABSENT: Vice-Chair Sergio Farias.
Agenda items are presented in the originally agendized format for the benefit of the minutes’ reader but were not necessarily heard in that order.
CONSENT CALENDAR:
Commission Action: Moved by Commissioner Hart, seconded by Commissioner Bourne, and carried 4-0 with Vice-Chair Farias absent to approve consent calendar items B1 through B5, as recommended by staff.
