SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO HOUSING AUTHORITY
REGULAR MEETING
BUSINESS SESSION:
Chair Taylor called the February 4, 2025, Regular Meeting of the San Juan Capistrano Housing Authority to order at 6:59 p.m.
COMMISSIONERS PRESENT: Chair John Taylor, Vice-Chair Sergio Farias and Commissioners Howard Hart, Troy Bourne and John Campbell.
COMMISSIONERS ABSENT: None.
Agenda items are presented in the originally agendized format for the benefit of the minutes’ reader but were not necessarily heard in that order.
CONSENT CALENDAR:
Commission Action: Moved by Commissioner Hart, seconded by Commissioner Bourne, and carried unanimously to approve calendar items B1 through B4, as recommended by staff.
B1. HOUSING AUTHORITY MINUTES – SPECIAL MEETING OF DECEMBER 17, 2024, APPROVED
B2. CHECK REGISTERS FOR THE PERIOD FROM OCTOBER 18, 2024, THROUGH NOVEMBER 25, 2024, RECEIVED AND FILED (300.30)
B3. CASH AND INVESTMENT REPORT FOR THE MONTH ENDED OCTOBER 31, 2024, RECEIVED AND FILED (350.30)
B4. HOUSING AUTHORITY REGULAR MEETING SCHEDULE REVISED TO CANCEL THE HOUSING AUTHORITY MEETINGS OF JULY 1, 2025, AND JANUARY 6, 2026 (615.10)

There being no further business, Chair Taylor adjourned the meeting at 6:59 p.m. to Tuesday, March 4, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. for a public Business Session, in the City Council Chamber at the Community Center – 25925 Camino Del Avion. 2 2/4/2025
