SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO HOUSING AUTHORITY
REGULAR MEETING
BUSINESS SESSION:
Chair Taylor called the March 4, 2025, Regular Meeting of the San Juan Capistrano Housing Authority to order at 6:57 p.m.
COMMISSIONERS PRESENT: Chair John Taylor, Vice-Chair Sergio Farias and Commissioners Howard Hart, and John Campbell.
COMMISSIONERS ABSENT: Troy Bourne.
Agenda items are presented in the originally agendized format for the benefit of the minutes’ reader but were not necessarily heard in that order.
CONSENT CALENDAR:
Commission Action: Moved by Vice-Chair Farias, seconded by Commissioner Campbell, and carried 4-0 with Commission Bourne absent to approve calendar items B1 through B3, as recommended by staff.
