SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO HOUSING AUTHORITY
REGULAR MEETING
BUSINESS SESSION:
Chair Taylor called the May 6, 2025, Regular Meeting of the San Juan Capistrano Housing Authority to order at 5:55 p.m.
COMMISSIONERS PRESENT: Chair John Taylor, Vice-Chair Sergio Farias and Commissioners John Campbell, and Howard Hart.
COMMISSIONERS ABSENT: Troy A. Bourne.
Agenda items are presented in the originally agendized format for the benefit of the minutes’ reader but were not necessarily heard in that order.
CONSENT CALENDAR:
Commission Action: Moved by Commissioner Campbell, seconded by Commissioner Farias, and carried 4-0 with Commissioner Bourne absent to approve calendar items B1 through B3, as recommended by staff.
