SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO HOUSING AUTHORITY
REGULAR MEETING
BUSINESS SESSION:
Chair Taylor called the June 3, 2025, Regular Meeting of the San Juan Capistrano Housing Authority to order at 6:24 p.m.
COMMISSIONERS PRESENT: Chair John Taylor, Vice-Chair Sergio Farias and Commissioners Troy A. Bourne, John Campbell, and Howard Hart.
COMMISSIONERS ABSENT: None.
Agenda items are presented in the originally agendized format for the benefit of the minutes’ reader but were not necessarily heard in that order.
CONSENT CALENDAR:
Commission Action: Moved by Commissioner Bourne, seconded by Commissioner Hart, and carried unanimously absent to approve calendar items B1 through B3, as recommended by staff.
