SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO HOUSING AUTHORITY
ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING
BUSINESS SESSION:
Chair Taylor called the June 17, 2025, Adjourned Regular Meeting of the San Juan Capistrano Housing Authority to order at 6:45 p.m.
COMMISSIONERS PRESENT: Chair John Taylor, Vice-Chair Sergio Farias and Commissioners Troy A. Bourne, John Campbell, and Howard Hart.
COMMISSIONERS ABSENT: None.
Agenda items are presented in the originally agendized format for the benefit of the minutes’ reader but were not necessarily heard in that order.
CONSENT CALENDAR:
Commission Action: Moved by Commissioner Hart, seconded by Commissioner Campbell, and carried unanimously absent to approve calendar items B1 and B2, as recommended by staff.

B2. RESOLUTION SJCHA 25-06-17-01 ADOPTED ENTITLED, “A RESOLUTION OF
THE SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO HOUSING AUTHORITY ADOPTING THE
FISCAL YEAR 2025-26 OPERATING BUDGET AND AUTHORIZING
APPROPRIATIONS RELATED THERETO” (330.20)

There being no further business, Chair Taylor adjourned the meeting at 6:46 p.m. to Tuesday, August 5, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. for a public Business Session, in the City Council Chamber at the Community Center – 25925 Camino Del Avion.
