SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY
REGULAR MEETING
BUSINESS SESSION:
Chair Bourne called to order the June 17, 2025, Regular meeting of the San Juan Capistrano Public Financing Authority at 6:47 p.m., in the City Council Chamber.
DIRECTORS PRESENT: Chair Troy A. Bourne, Vice-Chair John Campbell and Directors Howard Hart, John Taylor and Sergio Farias.
DIRECTORS ABSENT: None.
Agenda items are presented in the originally agendized format for the benefit of the minutes’ reader, but were not necessarily heard in that order.
CONSENT CALENDAR: None.
BOARD ACTIONS: None.

ADJOURNMENT:
There being no further business, Chair Bourne adjourned the meeting at 6:47 p.m. to Tuesday, June 16, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. for the public Business Session, in the City Council Chamber – 25925 Camino Del Avion.
