SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO HOUSING AUTHORITY
REGULAR MEETING
BUSINESS SESSION:
Chair Taylor called the August 5, 2025, Regular Meeting of the San Juan Capistrano Housing Authority to order at 7:32 p.m.
COMMISSIONERS PRESENT: Chair John Taylor, Vice-Chair Sergio Farias and Commissioners Troy A. Bourne, John Campbell, and Howard Hart.
COMMISSIONERS ABSENT: None.
Agenda items are presented in the originally agendized format for the benefit of the minutes’ reader but were not necessarily heard in that order.
CONSENT CALENDAR:
Commission Action: Moved by Commissioner Bourne, seconded by Commissioner Hart, and carried unanimously absent to approve calendar items B1 through B4, as recommended by staff.

There being no further business, Chair Taylor adjourned the meeting at 7:33 p.m. to Tuesday, September 2, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. for a public Business Session, in the City Council Chamber at the Community Center – 25925 Camino Del Avion.
