SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO HOUSING AUTHORITY
REGULAR MEETING
BUSINESS SESSION:
Chair Taylor called the October 7, 2025, Regular Meeting of the San Juan Capistrano Housing Authority to order at 8:09 p.m.
COMMISSIONERS PRESENT: Chair John Taylor, Vice-Chair Sergio Farias and Commissioners Troy A. Bourne, John Campbell, and Howard Hart.
COMMISSIONERS ABSENT: None.
Agenda items are presented in the originally agendized format for the benefit of the minutes’ reader but were not necessarily heard in that order.
CONSENT CALENDAR:
Commission Action: Moved by Commissioner Hart, seconded by Commissioner Bourne, and carried unanimously to approve calendar items B1 through B3, as recommended by staff.
B1. HOUSING AUTHORITY MINUTES – REGULAR MEETING OF SEPTEMBER 2, 2025, APPROVED
B2. CHECK REGISTERS FOR THE PERIOD FROM JUNE 13, 2025, THROUGH JULY 10, 2025, RECEIVED AND FILED (300.30)
B3. CASH AND INVESTMENTS REPORT FOR THE MONTH ENDED JULY 31, 2025, RECEIVED AND FILED (350.30)

ADJOURNMENT:
There being no further business, Chair Taylor adjourned the meeting at 8:10 p.m. to Tuesday, November 4, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. for a public Business Session, in the City Council Chamber at the Community Center – 25925 Camino Del Avion.
