SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO HOUSING AUTHORITY
REGULAR MEETING
BUSINESS SESSION:
Chair Hart called the December 2, 2025, Regular Meeting of the San Juan Capistrano Housing Authority to order at 7:29 p.m.
COMMISSIONERS PRESENT: Chair Howard Hart, Vice-Chair Troy A. Bourne and Commissioners Sergio Farias, John Campbell, and John Taylor.
COMMISSIONERS ABSENT: None.
Agenda items are presented in the originally agendized format for the benefit of the minutes’ reader but were not necessarily heard in that order.
CONSENT CALENDAR:
Commission Action: Moved by Commissioner Campbell, seconded by Commissioner Farias, and carried unanimously to approve calendar items B1 through B5, as recommended by staff.

B5. SJCHA RESOLUTION 25-12-02-01 ADOPTED ENTITLED, “A RESOLUTION OF

FINANCE OFFICER AUTHORITY TO DEPOSIT HOUSING AUTHORITY FUNDS

There being no further business, Chair Hart adjourned the meeting at 7:30 p.m. to Tuesday, February 3, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. for a public Business Session, in the City Council Chamber at the Community Center – 25925 Camino Del Avion.
